- Most Australian SMBs pay $120–$220 per user per month for fully managed IT, depending on the scope of services. A 20-person business typically pays $2,400–$4,400/month. This includes support, monitoring, patching, security and cloud management — compared to the variable cost of break-fix IT, which often costs more and delivers less.
- Is cyber security included or extra?
- In our Professional and Enterprise tiers, cyber security is included — Essential Eight implementation, endpoint detection and response, email security and MFA management. Some providers sell cyber security separately and then quote a lower headline price; we build it in so you're actually protected.
- Are there setup or onboarding fees?
- No. Onboarding is included in the first month's service. We don't charge a setup fee — our interest is in a long-term relationship, not a one-time charge.
- What contract length do you require?
- We typically work on 12-month agreements with a 90-day exit clause. We're confident enough in our service that we don't need 3-year lock-ins. Many clients choose to renew; some prefer month-to-month after the initial term — we accommodate both.
- What happens if we grow and add more users?
- Pricing scales linearly per user. Add users mid-month and we pro-rate the cost. There's no penalty for growth — unlike on-premises infrastructure, managed IT scales cleanly.
- Do you charge per device or per user?
- Per user, not per device. A user with a laptop, a desktop and a mobile phone is one user — not three devices billed separately. This is simpler and usually cheaper for businesses with high device-to-user ratios.
