The challenge
A 28-person field services team was managing schedules, job notes, timesheets and invoice handovers across spreadsheets, email and group chats. The office spent hours chasing updates, while the owner had no reliable view of work in progress.
What we did
Logical Systems designed and launched a secure SaaS workspace for job scheduling, mobile field updates, timesheets, approvals and invoicing handover. Each role sees only what it needs, and automatic notifications keep jobs moving without another phone call.
